We wanted to let you know that we are following CDC guidance for preventing the spread of viruses, with our main concern being the health and safety of our customers and employees.

In addition, we are following Oregon State Executive Order No. 2012 (issued 03/23/2020) which requires us to maintain a 6-foot distance between individuals. Along those lines, we are happy to let serious buyers test drive our vehicles with special circumstances. Please contact sales department for clarification.

We ask that customers that have any doubt about your health to take advantage of calling, emailing, or texting us; we are happy and able to conduct business by those channels. If you are coming in for Service and you are experiencing any adverse health symptoms please reschedule.

Based on the Oregon State Executive Order, there is no way that we can maintain our shuttle service. If your service visit is expected to take longer than you feel able to utilize our waiting area, we ask that other arrangements be made or that you reschedule your visit.

We are also happy to do a video walk-around and email it to you, or a live-video facetime if that works better. Just call in (541-770-1300) and ask for one of our sales professionals.

As this is a fluid situation, we will be adjusting our processes and procedures as required by federal and state law. Please call, email, or text us if you have any questions.

To further protect our customers and staff, we have hand sanitizer for our customers and employees, and have increased sanitizing all high use surfaces like doors, counters, and restrooms. Our staff have increased their hand-washing, and those that have flu-like symptoms will be asked to stay home.

When you come in for service, you’ll see that we are wearing protective gloves and are washing our hands regularly, as well as sanitizing all high-touch surfaces, regularly. We are also using GM-approved protection on the surfaces of your vehicle that we will be in contact with, and doing the same for every test drive.”
