I don’t have a bad thing to say about the transaction . Franky Westphalen was my salesman and helped me narrow down my decision. He was knowledgeable and patient. But a few months prior to that, Jon Powell sold me on the brand and encouraged me to come down and give GMC a try. He’s a great ambassador of the company he works for. Your salesperson, Ryan, was knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and altogether absolutely professional throughout the purchase of our 2027 Bolt RS! Ryan literally went the extra mile, delivering the car to us on his day off. You don't get that kind of service everywhere, these days.

Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and was immediately greeted by Angel Montelongo who signed me in and let me know I had GMC Award points available to apply to the routine maintenance work. Later he came to the waiting room to get my approval to change the cabin and engine filters (which I gave) and just a little more than an hour after I arrived the work was completed. I really appreciate the friendly professionalism of Angel Montelongo and the Airport Chevrolet staff.

Classic bait and switch. Ended up paying more than advertised price. Made a sale, but lost customers as I would not recommend people shop there.
